Of all of us I think the Pixie's pictures came out the best. We have always known she was cute as a button but in these you can see how beautiful she really is too. Her antics make her cute, but these are breath taking. Or at least in her very biased Mama's opinion. She has settled in to being a true part of our family, where she was reticent to give hugs and kisses when she first got here in March, she now initiates them more often than not. When I am sitting in my chair or on the couch she very often climbs up to sit with me, she may not stay long, but it is like she is making sure she is still allowed and just wanting that quick hug or bit of affection before she takes back off again. Unless sleeping this child is always on the move, maybe that is why I am so impressed with her pictures as it is so hard to get her to hold still for more than a few seconds. She has a boundless curiosity and wants to be where ever the action is. She loves to get to sit on Sissy's circle time when we pick Sissy up at school especially if they are doing a song with motions, she catches on quick this one. Quite the little mimic we have on our hands, and trust me she is all about the drama, maybe she'll be an actress one day. Nothing will surprise where this child is concerned. She can be so stubborn, so I know that as long as she sets herself a goal she will be whatever she wishes to be.
